As I'm sure you've heard, Andrew Bird has a new release, Noble Beast, coming out in January. However, instead of coming out January 27th, it will now be released a week early, January 20th, via Fat Possum. Another slight change is that the first pressings will include a bonus disc, Useless Creatures, which contains new instrumental pieces featuring Wilco's Glenn Kotche and Bird's bassist Todd Sickafoose. This two-disc set will also feature different artwork by Diana Sudyka, more photos, a poster, and an illustrated lyric book. The standard edition will also be available on double vinyl, complete with a poster, gatefold packaging, and a download card.
