I came across this summer's Ravinia schedule today, thanks to a friend, and here a few notable shows.

If you are unaware, Ravinia is an outdoor theater/pavilion with a huge lawn area, which is great to sit out on a blanket with some friends, eat, drink, and listen to some great tunes. I'm hoping Madeleine Peyroux comes around, like she has the past two summers, which I unfortunately have missed. Some other acts coming around this year are Sheryl Crow, The Beach Boys, Backstreet Boys, Hootie & the Blowfish, etc.
