Thom Yorke Names Project Atoms For Peace

I didn't really mention Thom Yorke's "supergroup" consisting of Flea (Red Hot Chili Peppers), Nigel Godrich (long time Radiohead producer), Joey Waronker (Beck/R.E.M./Smashing Pumpkins), and Mauro Refosco (David Byrne, Bebel Gilberto), when they played a few shows in California last Fall. Anyway, Thom has now given this project a name, Atoms For Peace, and announced some tour dates for this coming April. Check them out below and find further ticketing info, here.

Radiohead To Record This Winter

Apparently Thom Yorke had been misquoted about not releasing anymore full-length Radiohead albums for some time, or so says Ed O'Brien. Read a little more over on At Ease, where he claims the band will head to their Oxfordshire studio this winter to record. Unfortunately, Radiohead claim they will not be releasing another full-length anytime soon, however, this tune, "These Are My Twisted Words," made its way onto the web today. There's some speculation about its authenticity, but it sure sounds like Thom and the gang to me.
